The virtual Energy Storage Policy Forum will provide the same high-caliber programming as it has with its physical events. There will be features to enhance networking and business development opportunities for attendees as well. This year’s virtual conference takes place across two days, February 3-4, 2021, with educational and interactive content from 1:00PM – 5:00PM ET /10:00AM – 2:00PM PT daily. Attendees can attend keynote and educational sessions, and participate in networking discussions from the comfort of their home or office.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Payment is due upon receipt. All cancellations must be processed through the registration system or made in writing to email@example.com. ESA will provide a 100% refund on pass fees minus a $25 administration fee through 11:59PM ET on Wednesday, January 6, 2021. Cancellations received after 11:59PM ET on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 through 11:59PM ET on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 will be provided a 50% refund on pass fees minus a $25 administration fee. Cancellations received after 11:59PM ET on Wednesday, January 17, 20201 will be non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation. A pass may be transferred to another individual up through 5:00PM ET Tuesday, February 2, 2021 with no additional fee.
The Energy Storage Policy Forum will utilize Hopin as its virtual conference platform. Attendees will create their own Hopin account (click here if you do not have one), and will receive login information no later than January 29, 2021 in order to test your access before the conference begins.
